The West Bay subdivision is located at 174th and F Street near Zorinsky Lake. Nearby shopping and dining are only a couple of
minutes away. West Bay is located in the Millard School District. Zorinsky Lake features parks and family recreational areas
including children's playground, walking and biking trails, and baseball parks.
